Aerial Yoga Level 1-2 class, ideal for those who've completed 10+ aerial intro classes. We'll explore modified postures to strengthen core muscles, boost flexibility, and master aerial tricks. Throughout the session, we'll gradually build up to a sequence of challenging aerial tricks, enhancing our body coordination and leaving us feeling empowered.
